Hello Lompocians,
Beer will be flowing again at NW 23rd and Raleigh by spring of 2013… just in time to greet the sun on the new patio. For those of you who couldn’t make the Lompocalypse (and for those whose vision was a bit cloudy that day), here’s the lowdown:Lompoc’s new home will anchor the ground level of a compact, four-story LEED Gold building with 24 sustainably designed apartments above. A rendering of the project is seen at right.
This project is being developed by CE John, a local family-owned company. Their vision is to create inspired buildings in walkable neighborhoods that blend comfort and community with thoughtful design.
Construction will begin in a few weeks, and the building will take shape over the following 10 months. Stay tuned!
