LIVE: WILD ELDERBERRY

This NW style sour ale is a blend of wheat and blond ales that were initially barrel aged for 18 months, then additionally aged on wild elderberries for 30 days. Aroma of soft tart red fruits and hints of wild strawberries and watermelon are noticed up front. Light red candy notes and sweet fresh elderberries swirl on the palate. The finish is of light, tart, sweet candy and elderberry fruit with hints of candy and watermelon – reminiscent of Jolly Rancher candy.

7.75% ABV | $8 – 8oz Glass

$3 Taster
