Fire on the Mountain Brewing – NE Fremont

Due to being an established restaurant Fire On The Mountain Brewing is possibly one of the most overlooked new breweries in town. They have been brewing for a couple of months now, and I am really looking forward to trying some of the new beer. I love their food and the beer should be a great complement to the menu.

[Update 4-5-2012:] I visited FOTM on Freemont with a few of my buddies last night. The wings were excellent, and The Ella sandwich was awesome. I was a bit disappointed that my first two choices for beer, the rye, and the Lefty Lager, were sold out. I did have a pint of the IPA, as well as a pint of the Amber, and both were great. My buddy Jay had a stout, which I tasted, and it was also very good.
We were there for a bet payoff dinner, so I wasn't able to give proper attention to putting together all the info for a review. I was able to speak with the manager, Nathaniel, and he gave us a peek in the brewery for some photos. He indicated that they are working to expand the brewery into the space next door to increase the brew capacity. Hopefully I'll be able to stop in with Kim in the near future and give it the full look through and a full beer sampler tasting.
