Ratings update

There was a bit of an oversight in the ratings where the taprooms had a section to rate the food which was skewing the results. I have moved them out to their own rating and results sets so it should now show correctly moving forward. I moved the average vote over into the new set so previous votes were not lost. Go and vote for your favorite spots!
