Tonight at Cascade Brewing Barrel House
Tonight’s Tap It Tuesday at 6pm is LIVE: Supracot, a NW style sour wheat ale that’s a special single barrel project from the blenders. It was barrel aged for four months before aging on 150 lbs of fresh apricots for an additional five months. Aromas of dusty apricot skins and blossoms are present to start. Huge, rich tart apricots cover your palate and lead to a dry fruit finish with a cotton candy note. Close your eyes, it’s like drinking a fresh apricot. 8% ABV, $8 glass, $3 taster.
