This is Alameda’s famed Yellow Wolf Imperial IPA with a Thai twist! Dried mangoes, flaked coconut, Thai basil and ginger are all added to this year round favorite. The brewers switched the usual malts out for organic and kept it extra hoppy, as usual!

Ambacht Dark Farmhouse Ale | Belgian Specialty

Ambacht Dark Farmhouse Ale is a different sort of dark beer: dark in color, light in body and smooth in taste. This summer-weight porter was made with all organic malt and organic hops and keg-conditioned with blackberry honey.

Ambacht G++ is incrementally better: it was aged in Heaven Hill whiskey barrels originally used by Hair of the Dog to age its Cherry Adam. HOTD left the cherries in the barrels, so this batch picked up a lot of the Cherry Adam influence in addition to the whiskey. This is a fruit beer unlike any other, made with organic malt and organic hops, fermented with Belgian yeast and keg-conditioned with blackberry honey.

Brewed in the traditional British style, this IPA is a copper-colored ale that is at once hoppy and malty. Not a “West Coast” IPA, this brew is balanced between hops and malt, and pairs well with food or as a stand alone ale.

Milo features organic pale and crystal malts, with a dash of chocolate and black malts for a ruby hue and round palate. Hopped with homegrown Willamette hops, and fermented with an English yeast strain, this ale exhibits the traditional character of an English mild, as well as the fine quality imparted by organically grown ingredients. Best enjoyed by the Imperial pint, so the brewers will understand if you come back for more.

This smooth and crisp ale was brewed to quench that summertime thirst. Kölsch is more than a beer style, it is a word for the German dialect spoken in Cologne. Sommerzeit Kölsch has a subdued maltiness throughout, leading to a pleasantly refreshing tang in the finish. Remember that Kölsch is the only language that one can also drink!
