The New Old Lompoc may be gone, but the new Lompoc Tavern will strive to take its place. A brand new building will house the new pub and hopefully some of the character of the original will carry over. I look forward to visiting the new digs when they open sometime in May.

After a fire back in March caused a shutdown of the restaurant and brewery, OTP is nearly ready to reopen and begin serving their own in-house craft beer.

[Update 6-12-2012:] Kell's Brew Pub is still not serving house brews, but I'm told they are very close. The electricians were in the brewery working away, and the owner indicated that the 'official' grand opening is scheduled for July 25th when they will have both an in house lager and stout on tap.
